Purposes
Through this statement, we explain the purposes for which we collect your personal data. One of these purposes is the provision of our services as a payroll processing agency. We collect your data on the basis of legitimate interest. This means that the collection of your data is required to perform our services. However, we will only use the data strictly necessary to perform the service in question. In addition, we collect data for the purpose of answering your questions and proactive advice. Here, too, the legitimate interest applies and only the necessary data is recorded. The data is stored on Com.pas’ own secure servers.
Recipients
Com.pas will never sell your personal data to other parties. Making your personal data available will only be done when this is necessary on the basis of legitimate interest for the performance of our service. An example of this is providing your data to the pension fund and government agencies such as the Tax Office or the UWV. Provision to other institutions will only take place with your permission. Finally, Com.pas may provide your personal data to third parties if it is obliged to do so on the basis of legislation and/or regulations.
Data subjects' rights
The AVG strengthens rights regarding your privacy and the processing of your personal data. In doing so, you obtain the following rights:

If you would like to see the information recorded about you at Com.pas, you may make a request for access. This request can be sent to info@compasnl.com or your direct contact within Com.pas. Com.pas will respond to your request for inspection within four (4) weeks. If you wish to make changes to the information you have seen as a result of your request for inspection, you can submit a request to one of the above contacts. You may request that Com.pas amend, correct, supplement, delete, or shield your information. Com.pas will respond to your request within four (4) weeks. If Compas rejects your request it will indicate in its response why the request to amend the data is rejected.
You also have the right to obtain and transfer the personal data you have provided in a common, structured and readable form. This request can be sent to one of the contacts above.
Website
In case of abuse or improper use of our website, we may deny your access to the website. The website may contain hyperlinks that allow you to leave the Com.pas environment and enter another party’s website. Com.pas has no control over services and/or websites of third parties that are linked to. It is therefore possible that a different privacy statement applies to these services and/or websites of third parties. This privacy policy only relates to (personal) data processed by Com.pas.
