The laws and regulations regarding hiring a highly skilled migrants are very complex. This requires knowledge of, among other things, the residence and work permit and the obligations that a recognized sponsor has with the Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND).
Through our payroll services, we take over the complete immigration procedure for you. We arrange the permit application with the Immigration and Naturalization Service (‘IND’) and are the legal employer here. We then make the highly skilled migrant exclusively available to you as the hirer.
In addition to taking care of the immigration procedure and the permit application for highly skilled migrants, we are also the knowledge partner for all relevant IND matters and we focus on the expat themselves. This way we ensure that they quickly get their affairs in order, feel at home here and get off to a flying start in the organization. During the employment relationship, we are also the point of contact for questions about, for example, a change in their situation, extension of the residence permit, the 30% ruling or a return visa.
