Payrolling highly skilled migrants
To apply for a residence permit for highly skilled migrants, the employer must be recognized by the Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND) as a so-called sponsor. If your organization is not (yet) a recognized sponsor, it is an option to employ a citizen from outside the European Union as a highly skilled migrant through our payroll services.
Even if your organization is in the middle of the process of becoming a recognized sponsor, the (temporary) outsourcing of employership in the form of payrolling can offer a solution for your organization. This way you can hire your highly skilled migrant without needing a recognized sponsorship from the IND.
